This document is to serve as an agreement between Mike's Daily Lockup (hereby known as MDLU) and the reader of MDLU (hereby know as Reader).
MDLU grants the Reader a limited one time visit to this site to read, comment, or view the materials and contents of this site. Reader agrees to only read the included material and not to take, barrow, use, notate, copy, view source code, distribute, link to, breathe, or possibly understand the material included on this site.
Source material must not pass through any device which renders the page viewable on Reader's browser. Reader must not use any device which copies (the transmission of files for purpose of viewing on Reader's electronic reader device) through the use of the following devices: Servers (including ones privately operated by Reader), Wireless Access Points, Ethernet Hubs and Routers, and any Peer-to-Peer computer network. Peer-to-Peer Networks (hereby P2P), has been recognized by the international authority of the RIAA as a threat to the protection of intellectual property. MDLU will take all steps necessary to protect Intellectual Property, up to and including lawsuits, cease and desist letters, calling your mom, and public floggings. If this means MDLU will have to "turn off the Internet" we will call Albert Gore, Winner of the Nobel Peace Prize and Inventor of the Internet, to do so.
While the feature to view source code may be included in reader's browser, reader is not allowed to use it to view the source code of MDLU. Source code is the intellectual property of one or more of the following parties: MDLU, TypePad, SixApart, and/or the World Wide Web Consortium. Reader is not allowed to use his/her own computer for the personal betterment of themselves or others.
We log IP addresses and we know where you live. Any comments by Reader as to grammar, spelling, or general issues with my ideas will be treated as revocation of Reader's Single Use Agreement.
(Just having some fun with End User License Agreements after I saw this one on DIGG, enjoy! P.S. This isn't binding, just throwing that out there.)
